By installing, accessing, or using the PHLISS application or website (https://phliss.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Platform Services

PHLISS operates as a digital marketplace enabling consumers to discover, book, and schedule wellness, holistic care, spa, and retreat experiences with independent third-party wellness centers and certified practitioners ("Partners"). PHLISS acts as an intermediary facilitating booking scheduling, session tracking, reviews, and secure payments.

3. User Accounts

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when registering on the platform.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or have authorized parental supervision) to book experiences.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments: All appointments are confirmed subject to availability by the partner wellness center.
• Pricing & Packages: Displayed prices are set by the partners and listed in INR (₹). Package sessions can be redeemed within the validity timeframe indicated at purchase.
• Cancellations: Rescheduling and cancellation windows vary by partner center and are presented prior to booking confirmation.

5. Code of Conduct

Users must not:

1. Submit fraudulent bookings, fake reviews, or misleading feedback.
2. Engage in abusive or disrespectful behavior toward therapists, center staff, or platform support.
3. Attempt to circumvent platform security, reverse engineer, or misappropriate content.

6. Partner Responsibilities

Partner centers agree to maintain high hygiene standards, certified staff, valid business licenses, and to honor confirmed client bookings promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

The actual wellness or therapy services are provided directly by independent third-party centers. PHLISS is not liable for individual service dissatisfaction or medical complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions. Users are advised to consult their healthcare provider before undertaking intensive therapies.
